I highly recommend unlocking it(not with real money with crystals/gems). If you dont have the dragon pass then boomer. After you get the coins go and buy from shop armor and skins. Also you can buy coins with stars and can get alot of coins that way. Just make stars and then buy dragon skins from the dragon pass. But yeah, I understand as with other games, bestiary is what you see/discover.
